Lazy Sunday

Woke up not feeling to great to be honest. Raging headache , sniffles and the shivers. At first I thought it was a hangover, which would be the first in a very long time, and then i thought i ad caught a chill from last night shenanigans in the hot tub! I have come to the conclusion at 7.30pm that it is a little of both. Did a little scrapping this morning whilst everyone was out and then slumped on the sofa wrapped in my favourite fur throw.

Peter and Lilly arrived armed with a veggie subway baguette for me, the Hannah and Izzy turned up and singstar Abba was popped on. I then started to perk up a bit after a little Mamma Mia and Super Trooper!
Another slump and then I headed back to my studio to start work on a huge project that will last all year and doesn't just involve me, but a very talented hand picked team! Here is a sneak of what I was up too.

The girls and Hannah decided they too wanted to scrap. Izzy's huge scrap box was rolled into the dining room and the girls got down to some business. And I think they did a brilliant job! Izzy and Hannah both scrapped a photo about their friendship and did the most heartfelt journalling. Much better then anything I could have written. Lilly scrapped a photo of her and Kieren, her boyfriend, awwww.

.

Pencil Lines has gone live with a sketch by me. I chose to keep to the 81/2" x 11" size and do a pretty simple layout of Izzy and her bike.

Supplies I used :
MME Penny Lane
Pebbles Inc chipboard
AC mini rub on alphas

all from last months Jeni Bowlin Kit.

And finally my favourite blog by a mile at the moment. I love her photography and her journaling... Check out Karen Russell's blog if you haven't before. She has been a favourite of mine for a few years now, but I have fallen in love all over again!
Hope you had a lazy weekend'
Hugs and thanks for stopping by.
