Weather?????

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/28/2007 09:01:00 PM 7 lovely comments
Rain, rain, rain and more rain. but that hasn't dampen things here at all. The girls had day 1 of their tennis lessons, thankfully in an inside court and they did so well. We then drove to a small village called Somersham to drop Lilly of at Chloe's house for the day which then left us with Izzy. So what did Izzy want to do........? MacDonald's for lunch and a movie. That's exactly what we did. Off we went to the movies to watch A Bridge to Terabithia, and the softee that i am i did shed a few tears, with a cuddle from Izzy to cheer me up. This really is a lovely film about friendship bought together by the horrors of bullying, and beautiful imagination through the girls ideas of fantasy and the boys sketch book of art. I really do recommend this film to see with your children over the school holidays. Now, the trailers were awesome and I now HAVE to go and see Pirates of the Caribbean!!!! OMG it looks so good!!!

By 5'o'clock this afternoon I was missing my Lilly too much. She arrived after a full day of play and food at 6.15, and she missed me too, Lilly was so quiet apparently for the last hour, and she jumped into my arms for a big cuddle as soon as I opened the door. Did us both good and it was her first time at a friends house to play as well. I think we both did well.

How was your Bank Holiday??

New Banner, New Sketch

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/27/2007 11:34:00 PM 7 lovely comments
Decided to make a new banner for my blog today, in celebration of my running for charity in September. Used the MS colours, my running shoes and some grungy brushes. I am pretty crap at this kinda thing but its all fun and hopefully will keep the MS Charity in your minds for a bit...

Had a really productive afternoon, replying to a backlog of emails and updating the Scrapping Angels gallery and bits, feel like a weight has been lifted.

Love this sign which was painted on the wall of the room at the Scrapping Angels retreat. This is my quote for today! Just be Yourself. Go on, try it, dont try and be anyone but YOU. Hard I know, if you are anything like me you will always have popele you look up too and strive to be like, but today and for tomorrow and the next day, JUST BE YOURSELF, You know you might actually enjoy not having the pressures!!!!!

Pencil Lines sketch is live and i am so loving every ones work this week. Our GDT sure rocks, and her LO is awesome!!

My layout as you know was in keeping with my Lets Celebrate Women challenge I have going on at the moment. I dedicated this page to Sue. Another very dear friend I met through scrapping and the web. 18 months later our friendship is very grounded and our children are good friends. We see each other every month, speak on the phone daily and are currently slimming buddies, lol. Sue is an amazing, kind hearted women, with a heart of gold. Always thinking of others and has some shoulders on her to carry my woes when needed. Love ya hunny........

Supplies : Scrapping Angels Australia Kit, boy do i love this kit.

Tomorrow we are up early for the girls Tennis lessons. I have booked them both into a Tennis academy for the next 3 days. Izzy will take this very seriously, Lilly will have a ball, i just know it. Lilly is then off to her best est friend, Chloe's house in the afternoon. Izzy and I will have some quality girly time in Claire's knowing us!!!!! ( for my overseas gals, Claire's is a kids accessories shop full of lots of bling and glitter!!!)

Go check out Pencil Lines for the DT search we have on as well as this weeks sketch before you turn off tonight.

One Little Word

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/27/2007 12:30:00 AM 8 lovely comments
for me today is "GO". As in

GO run
GO cook
GO scrap
GO love
GO for it

Prompt on the One little Word challenge blog is/was "GO" (think it changes Monday) and at last I completed my layout, which I am so chuffed with. Nothing amazing I know but it is for me as I scrapped about my goal to run my first race be it only 5K this September in memory of dad, raising money for MS. The journaling is about this challenge, goal, task, new love that I have for running. Hoping I can look back at this in a few years when I have completed my first half Marathon, NOT!!!!! but hey gotta aim high and think positive. I added the splash of orange to replica the MS logo and colour.

Click on the image to read the journaling if you want.
I guess there is no time like the present so here it goes.....
Yes I am running my first race EVER on September 16th this year at the Hydro Active Women's charity run in Hyde Park, London. If you have any spare pennies and would like to support me while donating to a very worthwhile charity, please click here to go straight to my fundraising page where you can make a donation through a secure site and it enables you to donate with gift aid as well, 28% given back by the tax man, raising more money for MS, which in turn makes me and you a happy bunny!!!
Supplies - Bazzill c/s, KI paper, Cherry Artes chipboard, journaling pen.

Went for a fantastic run today, 2 Miles in a round 22 minutes. Next week i am going to start running my full 3 miles/5K distance, so wish me luck. Talking of exercise, Peter placed a bid on eBay for a rowing machine and own it. So we are now the owners of a rowing machine, as well as a large ball and DVD that I still haven't tried out!!! Guess the house looks kitted out as a home gym, just need to start using it to the max....

Loving, loving tomorrows sketch over at Pencil Lines. Another sneak peak from me which is celebrating another woman in my life, Sue.

Please go check out Pencil Lines as we have a DT call at the moment. We are looking for another DT member to come and join us. All are welcome to apply, and yes that includes you digi gals and guys.

And please keep voting for us over at the Blogger Awards which are still open. We really do appreciate all your votes.

Tomorrow leaves me hopefully scrapping some more. I have 2 more challenge layouts i want to do including Annie's, scrap your GLAD.

Hope you are joining all the fun, do leave me a post with a link to your Lets Celebrate Women layouts, you have until May 30th to be in the draw for a RAK from me, which will have lots of Basic Grey, Angels Kisses, cardstock and embellies to keep your creative juices flowing

Happy Bank Holiday

Sneak Peak

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/24/2007 08:13:00 PM 7 lovely comments
A sneak peak of this weeks Pencil Lines sketch whilst it is still in the design process, lol. This is also part of my "Lets Celebrate Women" layouts as well. Can you guess who I am celebrating today? ( see previous posts for details on RAK)

I have so many layouts I need to do for this album, and yes that includes my Northern Lasses, and my Southern Dames.

I have another layout ion my head at the moment based on a two peas challenge scrapping a song lyric. Mine is going to be "When I'm 64" by The Beatles. I have a fun set of photos Peter took of me a few weeks back that I want to use. My scrapping has changed so much in the last few months. I have always been a single photo layout kinda girl and since doing pencil Lines this has changed dramatically, and a single photo on a page seems odd to me,don't get me wrong i still love doing single photo layouts but i am so digging multi photo layouts at the moment :)

A few months back I had a layout chosen for this blog, fab inspiration for the multi photo user. Check it out.

Another gorgeous day here. I have had Izzy of school today with the dreaded barking cough!! So this afternoon we had some time in the garden the three of us and we did some butterfly catching. Shame we caught, nor even saw any butterflies!!

BIG NEWS

Check this out, you have to enter.

Then once you have done that go book your seat at Scrapping Angels Christmas workshop. No its not to early, you do not want to miss out. And if you just wanna join us for some festive cropping, book and all day crop seat only

Hope your day's been a good one.

A Man called Dave........

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/23/2007 04:18:00 PM 5 lovely comments
Annie is asking us all to think about what makes us GLAD.

Well yesterday I was very GLAD to have met Dave. Dave is one of the Park Rangers (think Percy the Park keeper mums!!)at Hinchingbrooke Country Park, where Rainbows did some Pond Dipping. Well Dave kinda liked me to talk too, and I love chatting. Dave is a young man, single, 6' plus, large build, probably lives on his own, and Dave dedicates his working life to voluntary work. As I said he is a Park Ranger, he is also a Boy Scouts Leader, runs marathons for charity Parish Church Warden and the clincher for me is, he does voluntary work, mainly driving for the MS Society. It made me really take some time out to reflect on this materialistic life we live in, working to achieve the best of everything for US, where Dave works to give to others. I am so GLAD to have met Dave.

Other things that make me GLAD are

  • the suns shining, yippee

  • i am back on track with my running

  • my girls are in good spirits
  • i now have a tidy scrap room ( after spending the afternoon clearing it out!!)

So what are you GLAD of today? Pop on over to Annie's blog as she has the most beautiful GLAD banners she is making to lucky readers this week.
Are we still CELEBRATING WOMEN?? I am turning my creative energies this month to scrapping the WOMEN in my life who inspire me and are my dearest friends. If you are joining the CELEBRATION please post a link here for me to check out. I am sending out a RAK June 1st to one lucky scrapper.

Hope to have some creativity uplaoded tomorrow.

Back on Track

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/21/2007 09:56:00 PM 15 lovely comments
Glad to report I am back running and loving it :)

Managed a 2 mile run in around 22 minutes which i am pleased with as it is only the 2nd time out since my break from my training program. Need to up my pace and distance next week. My healthy regime is going great guns and tonight i cooked a gorgeous Roasted Pepper Soup, and homemade burgers and baked chips, really scrummy and enjoyed by all.

Good post today. Received my delivery from Imaginesce for Scrapping Angels and a delivery from KI Memories and Doodlebug for a one off Celebration kit, which is going to be very funky and bright with card blanks to use all your leftover scraps with.

PDF file went out at last to all kit subscribers. I have been having such techy issues of late, a real bummer!!!

Photos today are of Lilly this weekend. Izzy got her dressed; lipstick (!), jewellery and hair all done by Izzy.

Glad to report that Lilly seems to be on the mend as well, such a relief I can tell you.

OK I am off to open all my boxes of stash and drool

Weekend worries

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/20/2007 09:21:00 PM 8 lovely comments
of the technical type...... my bloomin computer gave up for a few days leaving me hopelessly lost without my contacts and favourites. I am up and running again, thanks to Geoff, Sue's better half.

The weekend has been good to me, I did my Pencil Lines layout which I love, very bright and funky. I decided to raid the girls craft box, hence the crayons, and corrugated coloured paper, paper clips and felt!!! OK so a few Heidi Swapp chipboard found its way onto my layout, but basically I had a good play with basic supplies and had fun. Check out Pencil Lines for a full view and the DT's inspiring work, all inspired by our GDT this week.

Today was crop day and a mini retreat, with Chrissie, Kate and Karen joining us for a day of scrapping and nonsense.

I started a mini book I am doing as a GDT for a UK web site, not saying anything more till I have finished. I am loving it, BG papers and a Maya Road chipboard book......

How are you celebrating women? I am ready to dedicate a few more layouts this week to the women who have inspired me and who have been true friends to me through the good and the bad.
You must check out this layout by Tracie Hudson, it is stunning and her reasons for joining me to celebrate are very heart warming and her post touched me dearly.
Been hanging over at the SIS site this past week, meeting new and old friends, and i am so loving it. Missed it these last few days without my computer, boohoo. Please say hi if you a SISter!!!!!! And you have to pop over and see Pencil Lines, our GDT is a SISter
Lilly is getting better slowly and I have decided to take her to see the Dr. She has lost quite a bit of weight this week, looks very gaunt and grey. Her chest has not improved and I want some piece of mind now.

How was your weekend? Pray it was a good one

A Mini Creation

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/17/2007 05:08:00 PM 17 lovely comments

I made this cute little tag and pocket using left overs from the Scrapping Angels May kit and to celebrate my 2 little girls for today's "Lets Celebrate Women" challenge. OK so they are not women yet, but they are my female buddies who give me joy every day with just their smiles and smell.

I am finishing up the Scrapping Angels project sheet so I can email out tonight. Everyone should have their kits by now. i always like to make sure they are all received before is end the PDF out, I would hate to spoil someones surprise!!

Next months kit is an absolute stunner of a kit using Tinkering Inks Perfectly Posh range. It will also be the launch of our Beyond the Page kits so a very busy month for us.

How are you all celebrating woman with your scrapping and art?

I have so many ideas swimming round my head, but not as much time as the ideas needs

Keep sending me links to your projects and maybe we can set up a gallery just for us :)

How have you been celebrating?

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/15/2007 10:40:00 PM 12 lovely comments
Today I celebrated my dear friend Annie Hafermann.
Annie and I met last May when we were both teaching at Bonanza. Annie arrived at my door wearing a pencil skirt and Tee, blond hair and huge smile, "Hi, I'm Annie". 2 hours later in her BIG red truck on the M6 we chatted, laughed and talked like we had know each other for years. And we did it all again on the trip home. Since then I have had the greatest honour of being part of the Hafermann's Thanks Giving Dinner as a family last November, when we stayed over night and had such a wonderful weekend. Then on December 26th 2006 at 5.30pm, the phone rang and Spike was on the other end of the receiver telling me that Addie Marie had arrived into this world. I am so grateful and blessed to have met this wonderful women and her loving family, I know my girls and Peter are as smitten by each and everyone of them as I am, in fact so much we have them as Mii's on the Wii, how special is that!!!!

Here is my layout to celebrate Annie, using a Scrapping Angels Australia kit designed by the one and only herself!! see i told you she ahd graet talent as well as stunning looks (open up image to read journalling ), how cool is that. This layout has also been inspired by sketch 31 over at Pencil Lines

How have you celebrated women today? Please post me a link to your creativity so we can all share in celebrating women this month

Lets Celebrate Women

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/14/2007 05:00:00 PM 16 lovely comments
Totally inspired by Ali Edwards and Annie for this post.
Yesterday was Mothers Day for our friends over the Atlantic, and reading lots of blogs and forums, got me thinking about my female friends, those I have and those I have no longer. I have met many wonderful and beautiful women in my 37 years, some I no longer have as much contact or no contact due to my ever moving countries and distance. I have many new friends that I have met through the joys of my hobby scrapbooking and the web. I feel very fortunate to have met so many wonderful women. Lee Woodside did a project for Lime Tart celebrating this very thing and I was very honoured to be part of her book. When I checked out Annie's blog and Pencil Lines there was a layout featuring me, I was completely choked by this. So this has got me thinking creatively about our special friendships with our female friends. This is a layout I showed a sneak peak off the other day, here it is in full. A layout dedicated to my friendship with 2 very special people I met through scrapbooking.

The journaling reads :
True friendship is hard to come by
These two women have become
Scrapping buddies through
the joys of the web, but in the
past 18 months have become
so much more........
Sue and Annie are true friends
Whom I cherish
Supplies:

Scrapping Angels May kit

This week I am going to pour my creative energies into dedicating my scrapbooking to the women in my life.
I would love you all to join me in celebrating and scrapping the women in your life, whether they be real women you have met or women that have inspired you.
I love seeing every ones work so please feel free to leave me a link to your artwork. I am sure I can RAK a box of goodies on Sunday to my favourite layout.
Here's a little video that will inspire you to celebrate REAL women

Sunday is Sketch Night

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/13/2007 06:16:00 PM 6 lovely comments
Had another lazy afternoon, snoozed on the sofa with Peter, which was lovely, we rarely have "us" time but the girls have been great today and after a little lie in this morning we curled up on the sofa and fell asleep together, awww how sweet! I did spend the morning ironing and doing house work, yuck. Tescos delivered our shopping full of lots of healthy foods, we lunched, we snoozed and then i did my layout for this weeks Pencil Lines sketch. ( this a transparent layout)

My Supplies are:
Hambly Twigs and Blooms overlay
BG Colour me Silly
Buttons
Stamps - various

A big shout out to Cath today who would have completed her 5K run for Cancer Research, really proud of you hun, hope you can keep me motivated......

Tomorrow the new me will be launched. I hear you sniggering there, but in all honesty I have to get a grip of the BIG PICTURE, and I am not talking Stacey Julian here, I am talking getting back to my training for September, eating a healthy diet, organizing my work and personal life. I have ordered "The Secret" and am enrolled in Anita's new workshop which I believe is based on the books beliefs with scrapping involved! Sounds like fun. With this new outlook on my life I am hoping to have a clean and tidy house, work prioritised and completed in time, and a happy work/ personal balance with my life as well as feel rejuvenated by my new healthy regime. It sounds impressive doesn't it? and I know I must write these posts at least 3 times a year but I really mean it this time. I hit 40 in 2 1/2 years and i need to feel happy with myself inside and out. I have personal issues to sort out and this was going to be the year to do it, and its May already!!!! So there you have it, the new me from tomorrow.

What big decisions have you made today?

Its the Weekend

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/12/2007 06:02:00 PM 8 lovely comments
My usual weekend of snoozing, working and housework.
But quickly i take you back to yesterday. Annie et familie arrived to see Lilly and for Annie and I to look at future kits. We packed May's kit as well and drew a name for the RAK. Peter was child minder and is completely smitten by Addie. Lilly and Dean get on so well, they had a small tea party, played on the Wii, before Dean crashed in the spare bedroom, aww bless. Managed a quick photo of them both before the Hafermann's ahd to leave.
Today I had lots of plans for scrapping but instead I have been singing.!! Singing you ask? Yep singing aka Karaoke style............ Peter has been lent a Karaoke mike and we have had such a giggle. I cannot sing for love or money, poor me. But I have found my voice in "These Boots are made for Walking" Beware all those that could be attending our annual summer party, as this may be my party piece. Peter can sing, but is trying to perfect the art of Elvis, this on its own makes for good video footage, oh and he did sing me "Love me Tender". Honestly we have had such a giggle. Lilly sings "LOVE" and "Mona Lisa" perfectly, and we are still finding a song for Izzy who has my talent for singing off key.

Euro vision tonight, every year we choose not to watch, but then end up entranced by the Europeans fantastic dress sense and Terry Wogans wit!!! As Dr Who is not on it looks like Eurovision it is, finishing the night with hopefully some scrapping if i don't fall asleep on the sofa before hand!
Received my first purchase of stash today that I have bought in a long time, got me the BG Precision tool set from Scrapbook Central and am now waiting on a little stash splurge that i had last night at ATDML. I say stash but its been tools really. I am now considering purchasing the most talked about book at the moment "The Secret". If anyone has it, has read it, let me know your thoughts.

How's your Saturday been?
Hugs to all

I've been Creating......

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/10/2007 05:06:00 PM 9 lovely comments

At last the day has come that I have sat down and created, even though it was DT work, I still created. I finished some work for The Scrapbook Magazine and also started my Dt layouts for Kit 15, which I might add is all SOLD OUT. I love this kit, I have managed 3 LO's all very different, due to the versatility of the papers. i have also used some of the previous kit add ons with this months kit.
Some great news, is Pencil Lines have been nominated by a sketch fan as Best Hobby Blog, which we are all very proud of. If you would like to vote for us, please click the logo and register (it will just take 2 minutes, it is free and no junk mail). Voting is only open for another week (May 22nd) so all votes count :)

My site was nominated for Best Hobby Blog!

More great news today as Lilly has also passed her first swimming exam and tonight I pick up her certificate and badge, she now moves up a grade and is now a Duck!!! awwwww.
Izzy is doing OK at the moment and came home with new reading books as she had moved up a level , very proud of her and this great news called for a secret pressie i have had hiding away, a new school bag in the guise of a Bratz satchel. I know Bratz are not my ideal heroine for my 6 year old, but she loves the new Pixel Fairy Bratz ?! The bag is rather cool though. Lots of nice bling jewels for scrapbooking, hehehe.
Tomorrow Annie is popping over with Dean and Addie to help pack kits and discuss future kit plans and such, so much for us to discuss. We already have the kits planned up to August and we are introducing new Beyond the Page Kits and a Limited Edition Kit shortly. We are having a mini belated birthday party for Dean, party bag has been waiting for him since last Friday and hopefully we will have time to go to Play 2 Day as well.
Blogettes, are you looking for a new and exciting UK online store? If so you must go and check out my good friend Marias new website Scrummy Stash Cafe, if only for the name, come on with a name like that you just have to go and look, don't you?!
As well as me creating look at my little Picasso here, painting her garden sticks! Lilly has just turned four and her painting skills are amazing, well ok, i think they are anyways.
After my day of scrapping, what did you create today?

Part 2

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/08/2007 07:08:00 PM 11 lovely comments
Busy busy busy, is what these last few days have been. Beware the long post!. As you know Saturday i baked all day, was up at 7am Sunday as it was Lilly's 4th birthday and Izzy couldn't hold her excitement any longer, thats right, Izzy!!! We opened pressies to lots of "awww, how coot", and "thanks", bless her, phone calls of congratulations from friends and family and then i finally headed back to the kitchen to make "The Birthday Cake". What a disaster!!! Honestly Nigella you truly let me down this time. See Exhibit A. This is a birthday cake in the process of slowly collapsing before my very eyes. yes I let the cake cool, yes the butter cream filling was not a splodgy mess, BUT yes the chocolate icing was hot as per Nigellas instructions, boohoo my birthday cake was slipping away before my very eyes. Lilly came in to ask "whats happened to my birthday cake mum?" oops....... Exhibit B. The end result after some patching up and re arranging. It tasted gorgeous and it all went so it cannot have tasted as bad as it looked.
Sunday nights Pencil Lines upload and for the second week running i didn't manage my layout, I am gutted, I love this sketch and will still be doing it as I have my papers and photos all ready to go, unfortunately today there have been more important matters to deal with ( thanks life coach Annie)

Bank Holiday Monday saw us up early again as we drove down to Standon a small village in Hertfordshire for the May Day Fair. We had a fantastic day and all of MIL cakes sold and i came home with only a hand full. Despite the English weather we all had a great day. The girls had a ball as Lilly tried her hand at selling cakes after a few prods!

I cannot believe it is Wednesday already, i have been trying to write this post for what seems an age. I am battling with a pile of deadlines and paperwork, as well as packing the kits for Scrapping Angels, which I may add have been such a success with many re subbing and lots of new subbers. And if you havnt popped over to the Scrapping Angels blog I suggest you do as Annie is RAKing the most stunning kit for all new and renewing subs!! She draws on Friday.
Had a phone call yesterday lunchtime from Izzy's school to pick her up as she was feeling poorly. My poor Izzy is having a tough time of it at the moment, encountering unpleasant behaviour from a boy in her class and a generally unrest with school. It is so heartbreaking to watch a 6 year old feel as if she has the worlds problems on her shoulders. Mummy TLC was the order of the afternoon, hence the backlog of work I was hoping to get done. She has gone into school this morning with a bit more of a skip in her step and I am hoping she makes it through the day.Time for me to get back to some deadlines and my mug of coffee. How was your bank holiday weekend?

Birthday Party part 1

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/05/2007 07:30:00 PM 5 lovely comments
Lilly has two birthday party's this year, the first was yesterday with her chums from pre school. 11 of her friends joined her for 2 hours of party fun, party food and party bags. Unfortunately Dean never made it as his car for the day broke down. We will make up for this misfortune and do it all again Friday, hehehehe.

A few photos from yesterday to share. Lilly and her birthday cake, and some of the party food.

Today I have been in the kitchen baking for a may day fair, my MIL has a cake stall at. I have baked Chocolate Cupcakes, Chocolate Cherry Cupcakes, flapjacks, Peanut Butter slabs (think reisses), and the most moist and gorgeous ginger bread with lemon icing. I now have Lilly's birthday cake to bake and some cookies as well, for tomorrows tea party. This one is full on girly princess with lots of bling!!!

Finished a layout with Tinkering Inks that they kindly sent me for a magazine article. I used the Westminster which is not normally my kinda thing as it is greens and brown, but i threw in some hot pink and aqua to pretty things up and used a photo of me from last weekend. This is just a sneek as i cannot share it all.

Today is National Scrapbook Day and I haven't scrapped a thing! Hope to get something done tonight as Pencil Lines goes live tomorrow.........

Have a fab rest of NSD and catch you all tomorrow

Party Girl

blogged by me domestic goddess On 5/03/2007 08:42:00 PM 9 lovely comments
Its Lilly's birthday on Sunday and tomorrow she is having her first proper birthday bash at Play 2 day. One of these large play centers where they do party food and the kids run around for 2 hours eat loads of crap, are hyper for another 1 hour and collapse in a heap on the sofa! Yes my little baby turns four on Sunday and tomorrow her guest list is 16 other 3 and 4 year olds. Sunday is Tea Party with the rellies, and my chance to bake lots of scrummy cupcakes decorated with pretties and sparklies for my princess. Silly photo of Anita and I at the weekend, I love this photo, I have so many to share but they need editing and I am popping them on the Scrapping Angels blog in an album. Talking of Scrapping Angels, check yesterdays post for a fantastic chance to win a one off, gorgoeus kit designed by Annie.

Talking of baking , I have lots to do this weekend as I have Lilly's birthday cake to bake and I am baking for a cake stool at Standen May Day Fair in Hertfordshire with my MIL, which is going to be alot of fun. Tonight I have goodies bags to pack for Lilly's party and some DT work to do with Tinkering Ink papers that they kindly sent me, yummy scrummy stash to play with.

Off to pack those goodie bags.......

hugs
