Such a sad day

blogged by me domestic goddess On 3/11/2011 08:22:00 PM
Today started like every other day does. My alarm on my phone goes off and I check Twitter (sad I know), but this morning Twitter was bombarded with messages of devastation in Japan. I got out of bed and turned CNN on and could not believe my eyes.

I have been completely immersed in the news channels all afternoon and am still in shock. Only last month we were praying for the lives of those in Christ Curch New Zealand and now again for those in Japan.

Our dear colleague over at Pencil Lines, Yuko Motoyama lives in Japan in Chiba which is where I believe the oil refinery has blown up.
My thoughts and prayers are with all in Japan and to our dear friend and colleague, Yuko.
