I am here, honest, just needing some down time at the moment. My head is thumping, my brain is not functioning quite as it should, LOL. I think I have read, studied so much stuff these past few weeks that I am over flowing with information, and I am drained.
This afternoon I am headed to London to meet Peter for a charity evening at Romford Dog Stadium. apparently we are sat at the table next to the Mayor. We are staying over and I am really looking forward to an evening with no computer, no day to day pressures. Don't get me wrong, I adore my girls to bits, but just lately Motherhood is not my strongest point and I need some time away.
I dont seem to have the patience for Motherhood, and when Izzy is ringing Peter to tell him Mum is in bed again crying, you just know its time to hang up your gloves and admit defeat. I admit defeat....
I have ploughed so much energy, physically and mentally into Anna Bowkis Photography that I have burnt myself out. This weekend is recharge batteries time and then I can fight next week with an open mind, a clear mind. Peter is off and I am so looking forward to him being around. I love my husband to the moon and back, he really is my brick.
This is not meant to be a doom and gloom post, deep down I am positive. Last weekend's Creative Live with Jasmin Star really gave me the kick up the bum and the encouragement I needed as a person, as a business owner, I am totally in awe of this woman, and as Jasmine says " you need to make big changes, to make big results" and I totally get that.
OK enoughs, enough. I am off to pack an overnight bag and meet a tall handsome blonde at Hatfield train station.
Thanks for listening and stopping by
Anna x
