Yesterday was Lilly's first Sports Day and Izzy's last infants Sports Day. Unfortunately Peter couldn't make it, so I took lots of photos for Peter, so he could feel the atmosphere.
I do enjoy Sports Day at this age, it is all fun and at the end all the children are given an ice lolly. The children all enjoy themselves, and everyone is a winner! Next year Izzy has competitve sports day, not as much fun, I hazard a guess!
Yesterday I taught at Your Touch of Craft and left my tote bag there, ggrrr, what am I like! Looks like a trip back to Bury is in order tomorrow and another race home as I have open afternoon at the school!. I don't know about you all, but i am exhausted at the moment. I feel like my feet haven't touched the ground for weeks.
my dear friend Lora and her son Max
Today has been much the same, about to rush out the door to take the girls to their swimming lessons. The house looks a tip as I haven't been home all week. I haven't scrapped all week, and am desperate to do something.
I have been on a mini spending spree. Picked up some real bargains in the clothes department. A couple of gorgeous dresses, flowery, chiffon and linen, think Cath Kidston kinda thing. Bought some clothes for the girls in the sales also. Poor Izzy is growing out of everything before they even make it into her wardrobe at the moment.
I have a crop and Sue staying this weekend. Looking forward to both, and some scrapping!
Thanks for stopping by
