The exercise ball....... Yes, this complete with skipping rope is the continuing effort towards my fitness goal. Now I rather like the way this model is using her fitness ball and can see a growing trend, especially for those that do digital scrapbooking!!!!Short and sweet again tonight as my right hand is like a balloon!!
By the way I am confirmed as teaching at the Imagine Show at Alexander Palace in April. Really excited to have been asked to teach the Making Memory classes, check the website for details .
Scrapping Angels website and blog will be updated tomorrow morning when i can type better and Annie and I ave decided to keep the new "Beyond the Page " kit for another month so that we can release a few more March kits due to the massive response we have had. So if you are on my reserve list you are in luck!!

My training is going fine...the diet on the other hand is terrible, I've not eaten so much junk in ages - hopefully when things settle down I'll get back into healthy eating again.
I bought one of those balls ages ago- it is yet to be inflated!

cool about the teaching :) that will rock! i have one of those balls - it helps my back when it gets bad. but i have too many jiggle bit to try and do reall excercises on it
