My Scrapbooking

Scrapbooking is a way of life for me now.It has been for over 4 years. I love journaling, taking photos of my family and love colour and texture, these are all part of my everyday life and scrapbooking.

I was so excited, when I got my VIP invite to be a guest at Shimelle's party, and I get to play with one of her exclusive printables! In fact there are 20 printables as part of Shimelle's new online class at 2 peas, "Go To Press". You can find all the details here.

When Shimelle sent me the exclusive printable friendship journaling sheet, I knew instantly what photo I was going to scrap. Izzy and Hannah are as thick as thieves and are more like sisters than friends.







This sheet was just a perfect match with the Jilly Bean Soup papers. I printed onto Bazzill white cardstock. You can print onto transparency as well. I did try, but ended up printing on the wrong side and smudged all the ink!!!I love to layer my papers and embellishments, and chose to cut all the journaling spots and layer with transparency, buttons and embellishments.





The butterflies on the JBS paper are so pretty, I just had to cut them out, pop them a little and play scattering them onto my page!.










I love the strip with the arms and heart ; I added this with strips of paper, ribbon and journaling to the bottom of the photo. I used one of the quotes as a title for my layout.The printable friendship sheet is exclusive to the “Go to Press” online class at http://www.shimelle.com/ .
