    Oh, what a beautiful dress and a tease. I went to Monsoon's website, and fell head over heels in love with a tunic top and pretty much everything there. All to find out that they don't ship to the US. I am crying softly tonight....may have to drown sorrows with a cool cupcake recipe tomorrow!!
