The morning after the night before

blogged by me domestic goddess On 9/11/2005 08:26:00 PM

At last I find some time to visit my blog! What a weekend, yesterday seemed to come and go from nowhere. The girls stayed at Nana's , so Peter and I had a night to ourselves, which is a rarity and had to be enjoyed. The night started with a bottle of champers to really celebrate this monumental event, a taxi picked us up at 7.30pm, and cost £8 for 2 miles! poor Peter was speachless. The evening and meal was OK (see tomorrow for LO), and headed to the Vine for a few drinks then home. this is when things really kicked off. We danced the night away in the study, i tell you it was fantastic, great lighting, great DJ (Peter) and the dance floor never got crowded.
And then it was Sunday, OMG my poor head. With a mountain of work to do, a cyber class to write up and design for this evening as well.
Unexpected guests arrived so I have had to cancel the cyber class, as I have had no time to write it up, and will postpone too tomorrow. I know a few peeps were a bit annoyed but these things happen.
I have desperatly got to crack on and pull myself out of the rut I am in, as I am pissing myself off at the moment. Tomorrow is monday, weigh day, and the start of a new week, so I must be positive.
