Izzy's school was a riot of colour as they celebrated International week with a bang!!! each class represent a country and the school lunch money represented most of the countries signature dishes!!!
Izzy was Uganda and we made a dress and head wrap out of an old duvet, well i only find out the day before they had to dress up!!!!
Izzy's teachers looked so the part, in traditional dress. There was Italy, Spain, Sri Lanka, America, France, China, Kenya to name a few. The school was decked with flags of each country and the children put on a show with dance, music and poetry.
I spent the day driving back and forth up the motorway and ended the day in bed by 9pm with
the most horrendous Migraine!
the most horrendous Migraine!We are all off very shortly to spend the weekend at Annie and Spikes for Deans birthday. I have a cheesecake all baked and ready to be eaten, just need to have a quick shower and chuck some clothes in a bag!!!
