Oh wow , what a weekend it has been. At last we announced our new DT over at Pencil Lines and I am so please with our new team, such talent. In fact so much talent applied that I will be inviting back some of the entrants to guest DT for us.
This weeks sketch went live and our guest designer this week is MALE!!!!! go check him out.
I loved this sketch which was done by one of our own girls ;) and chose some beautiful photos of Lilly and Peter sharing some love. Not Happy with the colour reproduction, but hey ho!

Also this week i was scrap lifted over at Mojo Holder. A weekly challenge blog to scrap lift a chosen layout by the team. Jakey is now a member of the design team and i so loved her grungy interpretation of my layout
Sunday was crop day, which I so enjoy. Us girls have been cropping for 18 months and we are definatly scrapping buddies now. We celebrated Ali's birthday with cake, cake and more cake, with the odd sausage roll thrown in. Honest we are so bad at this healthy eating lark, its just chocolate and more chocolate!
Received good post today in the guise of new stamps from Ebay. I bought some cooking stamps by KI Memories. I am so chuffed with them. I still have one of those BG lunch tins i bought ages ago and want to make a recipe file tin, and these stamps are going to be just the ticket!! I want my girls to be using my recipes when i am old and grey, cards covered in chocolate and butter with memories of baking with mummy in the kitchen, ooo i can smell the chocolate cupcakes now..................................
As well as good post, i received good emails today from my favourite Australian magazine. Scrapbook Memories have asked for 2 of my layouts for their gallery and I am so made up!!!!!Honestly this has made me giddy with excitement. And to top it all off, just had a phone call form Annie with some amazing news of a sponsor for Pencil Lines!!!!! OMG its is amazing, the most talked about company right now, and i have to keep my lips sealed!!!
Peter also has some great news, but that too has to be kept under wraps as well, he has a job interview next week, please keep your fingers and toes crossed and send lots of positive vibes our way please.
Lilly is much better and is at preschool today dosed with medicine and has a little spring in her step. I am expecting her to crash on the sofa when she gets home this afternoon!
Finally, Scrapping Angels Retreat '3 2008 is already over half booked, I am so thrilled that you all enjoyed yourself so much. If you want to book a place I am taking a £25 non refundable deposit to secure your place with further payments in October and March. Email me for details
